My theoretical knowledge from my degree and masters degree in exercise science coupled with my practical knowledge from working with a wide range of clients from elite level athletes to morbidly obese individuals means I can cater to all. 

My method is to build a bespoke personalized plan based on your individual wants and needs and your specific health and fitness goals.

One thing that sticks in my mind is that Ben always says I am not on a DIET! I am changing my lifestyle.
